In the same spirit that birth doulas assist mothers in welcoming new life, a death doula offers guidance and support to those journeying from this life to the next, ensuring that their final chapter is honored with dignity, love, and respect.

2. What is an Energy Healer?

An Energy Healer is a practitioner who focuses on channeling healing energy into a person's body in a manner that restores balance and promotes the body's natural healing processes. They work with the subtle energy systems within and around the body, such as chakras, meridians, and auras, to remove blockages and disturbances. This practice can support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, helping individuals overcome various issues, from stress and anxiety to physical ailments while expanding the individual’s energy field and frequency. Energy healers may use a variety of techniques, including Reiki, Medium Channeling, and other techniques tailored to the needs of each individual, facilitating a holistic journey toward expansion and equilibrium.

EGEH provides comprehensive support and guidance for individuals and their families through all of life’s transitions. Our offerings include energy movement, guidance, and insight through the subtle energy body to support you on your journey in this lifetime, assisting with advance care planning, offering education, advocacy, and being readily available for the family's needs. A key part of our role involves facilitating meaningful conversations about end-of-life goals and intentions, providing bedside care planning, after-death care guidance, and creating personalized ceremonies or rituals. We are present during the active dying process, offering vigil and continued grief and bereavement support. Our services extend to helping with Life Review or Legacy projects. We also provide comfort measures like light hand and foot massages, guided imagery, essential oil therapy, crystal therapy, sound/frequency therapy, guided meditation, and other relaxation techniques, along with energy work, and medium channeling to make the transition as comfortable as possible for the individual.

4.  What doesn’t EGEH do?

At EGEH, we do not engage in diagnosing illnesses or prescribing/administering medications. As we are not a medical provider, we refrain from offering clinical advice. Additionally, we are not authorized to sign any documents pertaining to care or funeral arrangements. Though we offer insights and assistance, it's important to recognize the power of free will. Our guidance and support are just one part of the equation; your choices play a crucial role, too.

At EGEH, we understand that each person is unique, with their own set of needs and desires. That's why we've designed the 'Pathway To Peace Consultation' as the initial step on your journey toward an end-of-life experience tailored to your personal wishes. Following our consultation, we will craft a package for you and provide an estimate of the costs involved. For those seeking an energy session, we offer a 60-minute session at an hourly rate, available online or via telephone. For local in-person sessions, an additional travel fee will apply.
