The Missing Key to Energy Expansion and Shifting Our World

Quite often, my clients ask me variations of the same question: How can I expand my energy? How can I raise my vibration? How can I ascend to a higher frequency? How can I bring more joy into my life? These questions all address the same topic that many of us strive to answer. Without a doubt, we are living in a moment that feels heavy, challenging, and disconnected. This very realization propels us to ask how we can change our current trajectory.

My Simple Answer: More Love

Understanding the Love Frequency

My answer is deceptively simple: more love. It has been my personal and professional experience that love is the most important factor in expanding energy, raising your vibe, ascending to a higher frequency, and experiencing more joy. The answer is simple; manifesting it may take some effort on your part. At that point, you will ask yourself how badly you want it, and hopefully, your answer is that you want it bad enough to work for it.

What Does "More Love" Mean?

Clarifying Misconceptions

At this point, it is easier to say what I don’t mean and then describe what I do mean. I do not mean you need another relationship to experience a heartfelt energy exchange, or you need to get that new pair of shoes because you love yourself that much. I don’t mean you need to call everyone you know and tell them how much you love them or seek out an experience that allows you to be of service. These can all be very good things, but they are not what I am referring to.

Embracing a Paradigm Shift

What I am referring to is a perspective change, a shift in your paradigm and how you approach your days. I am referring to a specific vibration in your heart that feels like bliss, around 432 hertz. You can use sound baths, tuning forks, and other sound healing modalities to experience this beautiful vibration. However, the goal is to feel it on your own without any assistance. Many of us tap into that frequency without being aware that we are in that frequency. It is the yummy, feel-good, blissful state when everything feels right and good in your world, and it is a place we can go to whenever we choose.

The Connection Between Love and Ascension

Achieving Higher Frequencies

Ascension simply means existing in a higher frequency than you were previously in. As you vibrate at that love frequency, your energy centers will be open, your clairs will be activated (clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and clairalience), and you will make decisions from a place of love, instead of the more common place of fear.

Finding the Frequency

A simple technique I use to find that frequency is meditation. There are so many meditation options these days; it doesn’t matter if you are sitting in quiet reflection, participating in a guided meditation, listening to a sound bath, letting go in an ecstatic dance experience, or verbally chanting/singing. Pick whatever opens your heart and lifts you up; just make sure you feel it. This frequency is the magic sauce to shifting your paradigm. The outside world will not have changed; however, how you perceive it will have changed. That is a true aha moment when you can shift the world you are living in just by shifting your perspective. If you want to change your world, you have to start within you.

Love as a Foundation for Intuition and Expansion

I recommend this practice before focusing on honing your intuition or improving your clair skills. Love has the natural ability to create expansion internally and globally. Imagine if every human on our beautiful planet practiced consciousness based in love. We could expand our collective consciousness to a higher vibrational frequency, one soul at a time.

Embodiment of Love

The next time you hear someone ask, “What would Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Allah, Metatron, Gaia, God, Source, Universe, or any of the high vibrational entities do in this situation?” take it in, embody it, let it bounce around until it makes absolute sense. It doesn’t matter whom we are referring to; we are referring to love. You don’t need to worry about giving it away or taking it in, just be it. BE THE LOVE, CHANGE YOUR WORLD, CHANGE MY WORLD, CHANGE OUR WORLD!
